Ornexa Jewels offers a 7-day return policy for standard inventory items. All items must be in their original condition and include all certifications and packaging.
Please note that custom-made or bespoke jewellery from Ornexa Jewels is non-refundable once production has commenced. We work closely with you during the design process to ensure your total satisfaction.
Orders for standard items can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours may incur a restocking fee.
